Situated in the Horn of Africa, Djibouti serves as a crucial gateway connecting the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden, offering unique geographical advantages in regional shipping, logistics, and energy cooperation. Minister Dawaleh spoke highly of Windey's accomplishments in areas such as renewable energy development, green fuel production, and industrial chain synergy. He stated that Djibouti is actively advancing its energy transition and green development agenda, and expressed strong interest in deepening practical cooperation with Windey in areas such as renewable energy development, the construction of green hydrogen, green ammonia, and green  methanol projects, and the establishment of a green energy supply system for ports.
